REGULATION
IMPORTANT: The carrier does everything possible to conform to the states times of departure and arrival, but disclaims any liability in case of delays due to any circumstances beyond his control.
The times shown are the maximum hours of departure, therefore, the passenger must be at least 30 minutes before. The reservation is required should be listed (in the form that you will find in the next page) the precise details of the flight and a phone number of the passenger.
Tickets are normally not refundable, but re-imbursements (net of issuance costs and transaction costs estimated at € 5 per ticket - each ticket is intended that emitted per person and route) may be permitted on cancellations (by telephone, via e-mail, fax) not less than 3 days before the date of departure.
If the service is delayed or cancelled due to unforseen circumstance, such as the late arrival (or the cancellation of flight) of airplanes , hydrofoils or ships, documentation will be provided for claims against airlines, airports, navigation agents etc.
Tickets however will not be refunded, if the passenger decides not to travel,whenever the Company, acting on verifiable and legitimate authority, decides that there are no serious reasons for such a decision (for example bad weather or circumstances outwith his control) and that it is possible to complete the journey in time.
Transport of animals: the transport of a pet cage costs 10 € to be paid to the driver.
Baggage: Maximum 1 piece of baggage and one small piece of baggage are allowed. extra luggage € 2.50 per package to be paid to the driver
