If the service is delayed or cancelled due to unforseen circumstance, such as the late arrival (or the cancellation of flight) of airplanes , hydrofoils or ships, documentation will be provided  for claims against airlines, airports, navigation agents etc. Tickets however will not be refunded, if  the passenger decides not to travel,whenever the Company, acting on verifiable and legitimate authority, decides that  there are no serious reasons for such a decision (for example bad weather or circumstances outwith his control) and that it is possible to complete the journey in time.
